Class Formats
Our classes are suitable for all abilities - from a complete beginner to a barre Pro - and offer appropriate progressions and modifications to accommodate and inspire every body.
You don’t need any previous experience to join.
All classes are low impact and performed to music. Each workout is completely different from the last so that you never reach a plateau in your training and are constantly kept on your toes (quite literally!). With regular attendance you are guaranteed to build stronger, leaner physique, endurance and stamina for other sports and improve your coordination and flexibility.
We recommend adding variety of the different class formats to your exercise regime for best and most sustainable results. You are encouraged to listen to your body before and during each class and take the appropriate modifications on offer whenever you need to.
The Barre Pro
Our signature 60 minute full-body, low impact workout, designed to work every inch of your body to the point of fatigue, and beyond.
A cleverly crafted combination of exercises to sculpt and define all muscles. With focus on stability work, small precise movements and maintaining correct posture throughout, the barre workout is safe, challenging, fun and well...addictive!
This is a complete all body workout targeting both your strength and flexibility through full, middle and end range of movements, isometric holds and dynamic stretches to help anyone feel taller, more toned, supple and injury-free.

The Barre Espresso
Fast and efficient, this 45 minute full-body barre workout will have your whole body working from beginning to end, with multiple muscle groups engaged in each exercise.
All the benefits from a 60 minute Barre class compressed into 45 minutes of pulsing, squeezing, pressing, tucking and having fun!
At a slightly faster pace than our signature barre workout, this is your perfect pre-breakfast or lunch-break quickie.

The Yoga Pro
A dynamic Yoga flow that incorporates intuitive movement, challenging asana practice, breath work and guided relaxation, all blending together to bring you a truly soulful experience.

The Yoga Barre Pro
The perfect blend of barre, yoga and restoration, this 60 minute class is designed to take care of your body AND mind.

IRL
Barre & Yoga
Did you know that you can now join me in person for IRL Barre workouts in London, every Wednesday at 7-8pm and Saturday at 8:30-9:30am!
The classes are low impact, targeting the whole body and open to all abilities (even complete beginners!).
The venue - beautiful bright space with high ceilings and fitted barres (!) is on the top floor of St. Luke's Church, located between Richmond and Kew.

Spaces are limited so early booking is essential. Please note that your Membership doesn’t cover IRL classes, a separate payment is required upon booking.
